I had to explain how and why i chose my degrees, what made me go into consulting etc. The hiring process is structured, fast-paced, and heavily focused on your communication skills, client orientation, commercial mindset, and ability to work in a high-pressure, multitasking role.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
