- the first interview is a phone call where the recruiter wants to understand your level of english first, and then the reason why you applied for AlphaSights - as well as some questions to test your knowledge of the company (i would recommend to carefully go through the website; - 2nd step is with a manager: after asking general questions about your background and what you can bring to the company, there will be a business case for which I strongly suggest to follow the AlphaSights way (you can find some business cases as an example in the company website).

The interview process is very well organised. I had my final interview a month after sending my initial application. They provide relevant information in order to prepare throughout the different stages. The project-based interview is more technical but with enough preparation it can be a rather enjoyable experience - very interactive and insightful. The final interview was in my opinion the decisive one and the most challenging.
