The interview process was fairly simple. I was interviewed by two people. However, I had military experience which really worked in my favor because after speaking to the recruiter and initially rejecting the position, the boss called me - trying to sell me on the job - and I was pretty much in. Both interviewers were nice and very informative when explaining what I would be doing.
