Overall experience is HORRIBLE. Giving assesements before intorducing the company and providing any basic information about the job is a huge disrespect. You are not the only one choosing and the applicant MUST have an opportunity to ask questions regarding the job and the company before completing any assesements. I received an email from a recruiter asking to pass an assesement task on Codesignal. Assesement had 3 parts: 1 writing and 2 conversations with an AI. You have 40 minutes to finish it all.
