Entrevista
1. Online test for 1 hr.
2. System task for 2 hrs.
3. lunch will be provided..
4. System task for 3 hrs.
5. Code review and technical round..
5. managerial round.
6. HR round.
7. Client interview.
First of all, If you have 2 interviews on a day and 1 with Altimetrik, Please go to the 2nd company.. I wasted my time here and missed interview with another decent company..
Altimetrik will hire you and then they will ask you to attend their client companies (Paypal, Ford, Olam internal.. etc) . You have to work on client place.. If contract over, again you have to attend interview with another client .. Failing on 2 consecutive you may thrown out.. Hell..
Less job security ..... Until unless you are geek dont go to this company even for interview bcos it is waste of time..
I have cleared upto HR round but due to their clients were looking immediate joiner, I was not able to attend Client interview.

1 technical round: with coding challenge
2nd Elimination round with Manager
3rd technical round with 2 Senior developer with client
4th round - Background verification with Hr
Interview process is very smooth, initial round will basic android, java, kotlin elated questions and some of DS algorithm to solve and in next level of round they have asked more advance questions in deep explanations they were expecting and asking in real time projects where should we use this use cases

The interviewers were polite and friendly. They described the company's policies and culture and what sort of roadmap is there for a developer
