3 people taking turns asking questions. It was behavioral in nature, referring to past experiences, usually related to group work. Some questions about points on your resume. The questions weren't difficult, but I'm rating this as difficult because the panel interview was pretty intimidating. Advice: take your time answering the questions, if you have to think for a few minutes its ok.

Applied through campus, heard back in a few weeks that I received an interview. One round, 3-on-1 style that occurred at campus. Received an offer within a week; very quick process from Altria overall.
