Three rounds: first, was an informational dinner where they invited you to learn more about the position and the opportunity to interview was offered; second, a simple screening interview was conducted; third, a panel interview including a case study.

First round was a quick 30 minute interview typical interview questions - Walk me through your résumé, Time when you helped someone, How did you hear about us, etc. Second round panel interview (4) get to know you more, hypothetical questions and situational questions Final round day at the office- see what the environments like and meet more employees

Entrevista

Went through my university's career services center, was preferenced for a interview and had a 2:1 screening interview that lasted about 30 minutes. They probably screened 40 people. They then called who they wanted to do a panel/group interview between 5-6 pm that day, so if you weren't called then the process was over. They next day, it began with them putting me in a room and writing three essays in a 20 minute time frame. They brought me out after 20 and sat me in front of 3 people and each asked about 3 behavior questions, and then one situation question in which you can take notes. Have not heard back from them, as it was just 2 days ago.

  • Your manager tells you to max revenue where ever possible. Long time client, who hasn't purchased from you in a while, wants to buy an expensive piece of equipment. However, you secretly know that in 5-6 you will be putting out the newest version. Do you sell to him or not? why?
