The Interview process was good. I was even asked "when can you start"? The problem was after following up within 2 weeks, which was the time frame given, I was informed by the recruiter that the hiring manager has decided to chose an "internal candidate". This has happened to me twice already for 2 different positions that I have applied for with this company. The recruiter informed me that it was a "timing" issue. This is very frustrating and a waste of time, if there are internal candidates applying for the same position(s) that external candidates are applying and interviewing for. Of course the internal candidates will accept the position. I was also told that I am a very good candidate, of course I have the experience as well. Maybe have an internal hiring board within the company for internal applicants only, then post positions if there are available positions.

Applied on indeed same day posted, heard from hr that same day in afternoon. By end of the next day I had a virtual interviewing for the following day with the hiring manager directly! Was a very quick process, only a week total and found out in 3 days.
