1. Assessment - Primarily hypothetical situation decision-making kind of questions. 2. Two back-to-back rounds of interviews each 45 min. 3. Most questions are based on leadership principles. Behavioral. Many follow up questions. Some mini-cases based on the answers to the questions asked.

1. Tell me about a time when you had to take decisions when there was not enough data. How did you convince the broader team? 2. Tell me about a time when you had to deep dive into a problem.
It had 6 rounds- heavily focussed on leadership principles. they really do cross question almost every other example.......... You get multiple interviewers across the organisation. I thought- the questions were repetitive after one point.
