The process was smooth overall. However, having four back-to-back, hour-long interviews was quite daunting and exhausting. That said, this rigorous process is the standard procedure for Amazon, ensuring they select the best candidates.

After the online personality test (assessment), the process was rather easy consisting of one behavioral interview where the interviewer asked me questions about my experience and how I connect them to Amazons leadership principles. In the technical part, I was given a brief business case and asked to solve and present, was rather easy and time was enough. I was hired afterwards.
