The interview started off quite well. There was a brief introduction from the interviewer, who was a really cool and laid-back person. Overall, the entire process from being contacted by the recruiter about the job, to applying, completing the online assessment, going through HR screening, and attending the first 75-minute interview, was a great experience. However, due to an eye injury, I couldn’t fully concentrate during the interview, as one of my eyes was bandaged. The interviewer noticed that I was having trouble focusing and kindly offered to reschedule. That was very thoughtful of them. Now, I’m scheduled to be interviewed again in August.
