They basically just bring you into the store and talk with you to make sure you are reliable and willing to work. They also ask questions like "what item would you sell to a person for an outfit and why" to make sure you can put an outfit together and help the customers.

-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

Easy interview with manager. We spoke outside about expectations. She was kind and understanding. I interviewed with a couple of people there too. Went over schedule etc. very straight forward and easy

It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
