It started with a Personal Interview with the HR Representative where she determined my capabilities and my probabilities of clearing the further rounds. After that I had to give an aptitude/IQ test, thereafter I had to talk to a voice and accent trainer so that the company can see if I was fit for the role or not as excellent communication skills are a must for the job role that I was taking. The last round was with an Operations Manager where he assessed me on the chances of my growth in the company and how desperate and goal oriented I was towards my prospect role. After all these rounds it was a 1:1 with the HR representative where he/she explained me almost everything about my job profile and the company and then it was the time for the company to make me an employment offer., which I happily accepted.
