I had two technical interviews for a position involving Java, Selenium, and Rest Assured coding. The first interview was on June 12, 2024, where I had to write code for a given scenario. The second interview, held on June 14, 2024, involved writing 2-3 easy to medium-level Java programs. I cleared both rounds. HR informed me that only a cultural fitment round remained, which would be scheduled after the manager returned on June 24, 2024. Despite following up on June 24 and 25, I did not receive a satisfactory response. On June 26, I sent an email seeking clarity about the final interview. To my surprise, they replied that they would not be proceeding further with my application.
