Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 dias. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa American Income Life.

The company prints a list of resumes submitted to online services. Managers will have agents call these people to "recruit" them. The agent reads from a script and says that their "hiring manager saw their resume online and is interested in bringing them in for an interview". Sad truth? The manager has no idea what their name is, what their work history is, where they live or what their education is. You could have been a pooper scooper at a circus and you are told the same thing that a chemical engineer is told. About 50 people are "recruited" to come in and with absolutely no basis for hiring, 5 or 6 people are selected to come back the next day for a second interview. Except when you come in for that second interview, it's really just a ploy to make you feel like you are special for being selected for the job and they sign you up for classes. ( which you must pay for )

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
