The internal recruiter is amazing....but be prepared for case studies and tests. I thought I was past all the testing but when I walked in for my final interview, I was greeted with ANOTHER test. I understand weeding out applicants, but this was excessive. I would have been a perfect fit for the position, but I ended up walking out. I got tired of them wasting my time. Not a company I would want to work with for. My time is just as valuable as yours.
