Applied online and got an email from hiring manager to schedule an interview within next couple of days. The phone interview lasted about 30 mins with two interviewers asking most technical question about past experience and current project. Reference were asked and called within one week. Offer was given after another 1-2 weeks after reference call.

Quick phone call where the hiring manager asked about my background and a couple specific questions related to the project. He just legitimately wanted to get to know me and my background. Not very stressful.
