3 rounds hiring managers. No case assignment. But I think this really depends on team some might have case assignment. HR took very long to get back though. People fairly polite

The interview process was in-person and over multiple rounds, discussing both technical and interpersonal skills and experiences. The process was smooth and done over a reasonable timespan. All interviewers were friendly, transparent and clear about what they were looking for and why - all in all a pleasurable experience.
The only constructive point I would add is whether there were too many rounds of interview. Questions and discussion topics were occasionally repeated, and a better approach might be to combine two interviewers into one round of interview. But it was commendable that multiple levels of the organisation were interested in finding the right person for the position.

Entrevista
They contacted me; interview on MS Teams, thru texting, no call or video. Started 50 minutes late. They listed some of the job qualifications, asked if I could fulfill them, and then moved on. No specific questions about my experience. I felt like the answers were sent to a bot; I would ask questions that they would not answer. At the end I asked 4 questions, about the work, why my CV/Resume was selected, how many vacation days were offered, and why we were not on video or phone. After a 1 hour wait, they congratulated me on getting the job, without answering any questions. I declined.
