The process was quite long — even for an internship, you need to go through three stages. If your CV is deemed suitable when you apply, you are sent a personality inventory. If you pass this test, you proceed to a video interview. If you are successful in the video interview, you move on to the online interview. Although the process is lengthy, you are never left uninformed, which is a good thing.
