Malloy are recruiting talented engineers and technicians from both ends of the skills and experience spectrum. Some are young bright but very inexperienced graduates and some are engineers with many years of work experience and so there has to be balance in the questions and tests during the interview phase of the recruitment. The more senior engineers conducting the interviews try their very best to be consistent in questioning and testing, however, they may not always get it right, but their only aim to identify the best possible candidates and provide all applicants with the same opportunity to succeed.
