During the interview, it was clear that this company is run by a very authoritarian style management. Questions I asked were not answered. One question was "Why is this position open?" (What I was looking for was whether or not the many open positions I had seen were due to growth or do to high turnover.) My question was met with a sarcastic look and the response was something along the lines of 'Why would you need to know that? How can that matter?' Not a good exchange!
