Entrevista
The interview process for my particular team was very laid back and personable. Had to go through a 30 minute initial phone screening after applying online through the company website. 2nd round with the Hiring manager was pleasant and focused more on getting to know me and what I was all about rather than asking me technical or behavioral questions. Final round interview was with two other members of the finance team and was more focused on behavioral questions and explaining past experiences and how they would pertain to the job.
Overall the process took about a month, and I accepted their offer about a week after the final round interview

Entrevista
I tried joining the interview and the person who had created it had disabled non organization accounts from joining the interview. They did not respond with assistance until a day later, when they rescheduled for the end of the week. During the interview there were several passive aggressive comments regarding the interviewer's time being wasted. They told me I would here back the next week then proceeded to ghost me even after a follow up email. They had no issue wasting several hours of my time, for an issue caused by themselves.

Entrevista
It just was a disjointed interview. The first question asked was if I graduated in 2013 with my BS degree why wasn't my first job listed on my resume in 2016. She followed up by asking my salary request - which I flipped to ask what is there range? She refused to give the range - because it's for internal purposes only. At which point I checked out and ended the conversation and withdrew my applications.

Entrevista
I did a one-way video interview and a video call with the hiring manager.
After all the time I spent preparing for both interviews and doing all the recordings plus face time with the hiring manager I didn't get an answer. The interview went well so I followed up a week later with both HR and the hiring manager separately and the emails were ignored. I contacted a third person who had been involved in the process who actually replied saying he had forwarded my email to the HR person and still no answer!! It is SO disrespectful and inconsiderate of my time to not even send a rejection email. Horrible HR practices in this company.
