*Opinion of HR Recruitment & Initial Interview* - Greeted with friendly interactions by highly-coordinated professionals - Tailored questions could reveal unspoken thoughts, or merely serve as casual conversation starters, their true purpose will always remain open to interpretation or subject to opinion *Opinion of Interview with Hiring Manager* - Interaction felt somewhat one sided, as is often the case in interviews. While the interview technically lasted the promised duration and was a very polite experience, the interview seemed to be over the moment it began, which is not often the case in interviews, in my opinion. *Opinion of Follow-Up & Applicant Experience* - As is typical with most Big Law, I followed up with a thank you note. End-to-end, I find myself grateful for the opportunity to generate and share the above opinions

After coming in twice for a few interviews they asked me to come back for an entire day to meet about 8 more people. It was well organized and the people were both wanting to get to know me and wanting to make sure I understood it’s a highly dynamic environment because of the fast growth, and it can be a tough place to work at times.
