Applied online, recruiter got back to me and expressed urgency in starting the process. Then disappeared for 5 days. Then the recruiter reached out to me to see if I can chat with the hiring manager that same day. I agreed. The hiring manager seemed as if he was looking for a Lead Software Engineer rather than a Principal Product Manager. Technical expertise in Java was the first priority, then product management and business skills.
