Entrevista
I had six interviews with different profiles, two of them via Skype, four of them were person-to-person interviews. They were very well structured interviews, so that made me think that they have prepared them previously. The interviewers had concrete questions to ask me, which helped reaching the information they needed to know about me. Also, they introduced themselves at the beginning, letting me know their role and so helping me to understand how we may work together and which was the most important part of my experience for them.
I felt really comfortable and I think that´s really important in an interview process.

Received an email inviting me for an interview with the hiring manager, and was to be followed up by someone from recruiting to setup the interview. After I responded with available times, there was a no-show. Received a response after ~45 days, saying the position will be closing shortly.
Recruitment team needs training on how to treat candidates as people.

Entrevista
Consisted of an initial call with HR, a meeting with several members of the team for half a day as well as a final call with a member of the leadership team. The interview process was fast, efficient and well organised. Communication with the recruitment team was fantastic throughout, I was kept fully informed about how things were progressing and next steps indeed everybody I met or spoke with was warm, welcoming and helpful. During my day of face-to-face interviews I was given a tour of the floor (very impressive working environment) and introduced to members of the team. I also had a nice break where I had tea and snacks and hung out with a friendly HR manager who talked me through what it was like to work at AppNexus. Overall this was easily the most well thought out interview process I have experienced. I was quickly updated after each stage and if I ever had questions or needed to make changes, the AppNexus team went out of their way to help. I cannot speak highly enough of the AppNexus team. I was thoroughly impressed with each interaction I had and was consistently treated with courtesy, respect and transparency.
