Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Appian (Reston, VA) em out. de 2015
Entrevista
After talking to Appian representatives at my university's business career fair, I was invited to an on-campus interview after the fair. It was a pretty standard one-on-one 30 minute behavioral interview. In the following week I was invited to the headquarters in Reston for a more intense interview process. The other candidates and I met the CEO and listened to a brief presentation about the company, and then participated in five 30-minute interviews with five different representatives. There was no case study, and the questions were mostly behavioral/personal and relatively straightforward.

What is the one thing you are most passionate about? What classes are you taking next semester, and what do you hope to learn from them? Tell me about a time where you had interpersonal conflict (on a team/group/etc.) and how did you handle it? Tell me about this academic club/organization you're involved in, and what you do with them.
The interview process comprises four stages: an online assessment, two technical interview rounds, and a final HR interview. The online assessment includes two programming questions along with basic computer science fundamentals. The first technical round focuses on coding problems, while the second technical round consists of scenario-based questions. The final HR round evaluates cultural fit and overall suitability for the role.
Online assessment, then two technical interview and then final HR. They expected webdev projects and in depth knowlwgde in sql and one programmig lanuage. The questions were easy and CSE & IT students were given preference.
All behavioral, really focusing on past experiences and why Appian. 2 rounds of interviews and then power day. The first round was all tell me about a time ... type questions and fairly random questions. Next round was more behavioral questions and most in depth with your resume. Next step is power day
