Avoid this company. They’re completely opaque about salaries, benefits, and PTO, and their interviewers lack role-specific knowledge. Despite trying to seem like a top-tier organization, they fall short in key areas.
They scheduled an interview for 2 AM without consulting my availability, notifying me at the last minute. The interview was extended from 30 minutes to an hour because the recruiter paused it due to a personal issue. After finishing the interview at 3 AM, they gave me a 24-hour deadline for a take-home assignment, despite knowing I had a scheduled on-site SQL technical test with another company.
When I requested a reasonable time for the next interview, offering availability before midnight in my time zone, they still scheduled it for 1 AM. It felt highly disrespectful. Moreover, after multiple follow-ups asking about salary range, they refused to provide any information.
The whole experience was disorganized and unprofessional. They also failed to show up on time for both virtual interviews. Save your time and look elsewhere.

During the interview process, I was asked directly about my visa status and whether I had a green card, which is against California employment law. Employers are not allowed to ask about specific immigration statuses, such as whether a candidate holds a green card, as it can lead to discrimination. This raised concerns for me about the company's understanding and respect for legal hiring practices.

Entrevista
For my 2nd round interview, I had 20 minutes for answering 5 industry questions + math questions, and having 30 minutes for behavioral questions + multiple questions related to campaign management with one team lead and one talent hiring head.

Entrevista
1. HR call to understand your background and profile.
2. team member ( on-site) - lots of behavioral questions to know if your personality match the team and how you teamwork.
3. Team Lead online interview - ask about your previous experience and some situational questions to know the way you think, your logic and how you present your idea.
4. CEO online interview - more focus on your motivation and career expectation
