Very friendly interview via Skype, landed my third interview from the hiring manager. Know your Apple Products and how to navigate through iOS. Use analogies to explain technical answers, they're interested on how you communicate your knowledge to non tech savy people. Third interview was via skype as well, very laid back. Most of the questions were geared toward troubleshooting. Lots of hardware related questions.

What is iCloud? (explain it like you would to a child)
Say I call in and I'm at a coffee shop on my iPad and I don't know how to access the internet, walk me through the process you would troubleshoot in iOS?
Say I'm still at that coffeeshop and I deleted one of my apps on my iPad, would I have to pay for the app again or can I re-download the app without connecting my iPad to iTunes?
Say I go to turn on my monitor but nothing is turning on, what are the basic things you would check?

Interview was comprehensive and process straight-forward. There were a series of calls and video calls where they got to know how savvy I was with technology. I think the most important thing is how adaptable a person can be to learning new tech.
