Phone interview with Hiring Manager and HR. The Hiring Manager felt that I was a very good fit for the position, so she arranged an onsite interview right away. On site interview lasted 1/2 a day and met with 7 managers for 30 min each.

One of the managers asked me to conduct the interview in my conversation level Chinese. Imagine trying to find translation for "inventory", "supply chain", "demand generation", "turns".
Short interview. Tell me about yourself. Why are you a good fit for role. Tell me about categories you have managed. Did not communicate on a timely manner, emails lagged.

Three rounds of phone interviews followed by on-site visit in Silicon Valley, 6 in person interviews full day at their corporate campus. Very well organized, controlled, and managed by recruiting team. Overall very positive experience
