Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 3 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Applebee's (Bemidji, MN) em dez. de 2012
Entrevista
I applied online then saw that a job fair was being held so I attended that where a group interview was held, then was called back for an individual interview. The group interview was held by the GM, who was very enthusiastic and is good at making people feel comfortable and asked questions to get to know applicants and gauge their personalities, like what's your favorite food? What do you love about this town? What would you bring to the table at Applebee's?
The individual interview asked a few more questions about work ethic and the like, availability was reviewed, and I was hired on the spot which seems to be the general case.

This was a pretty easy interview process. I was asked if I had ever dealt with difficult people and to say what was my motivation for wanting to work at Applebees. It was overall very chill and I enjoyed it.

It was very simple, on the Applebee's web site, I selected a place and position. Answered about 5 mostly contact related questions and then selected a time for a 1st interview. I think they mostly wanted to see that I was early, dressed nicely (but I didn't wear a tie), and had a pleasant personality via a smile and firm handshake. I was called back for 2nd interview. I am currently waiting to hear back, but think I got the job.

Entrevista
From start to finish, it was smooth, respectful, and focused on getting to know me as a person and my skills. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel at ease, which really helped to reduce any nerves. I appreciated how the process emphasized a conversation rather than just formal questioning, allowing me to showcase my strengths in a natural way. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I felt valued throughout the entire process."
