Applied online on Ameresco’s website and uploads resume and requires forms including references. HR does the initial screen and then applicants are routed to hiring manager for review. Sometimes HR conducts the initial screening but it is not always the case.

They had three rounds of interviews. First was hiring manager Second round was an SME Last round was with director of the department. The entire process took about 3 weeks. But they ghosted me 4 weeks after that just to tell me I was not selected!!! I really thought I had cleared it but after three round they realized I was over qualified and ambitious. Didn’t know it was a bad thing!!!
