Entrevista
The experience was overall very positive. The interview process was fair and reasonable, which several potential future coworkers interviewing from a variety of angles. HR communicated well throughout the process. I felt like I really got to understand what it would be like to work there and had all of my questions answered.

Entrevista
Went through 5 rounds of interviews to then get ghosted and not get any feedback. It's a shame because everyone seemed nice to work with but they didn't care enough to respond with their decision.
That is very surprising feedback since it has been over a year since we interviewed anyone for our marketing team, we never do 5 rounds of interviews and we 100% give feedback after an interview. Please reach out with any more details, we would be happy to address.

Entrevista
Standard recruiter screen followed by a conversation with the CEO. Then a full onsite loop ~6 to 7 interviews. There is also a presentation round to talk on some project from the candidate's experience.
After the onsite, I had another conversation with the CEO, then I was asked to come for the in-person 1-on-1 interview at their office.
However, I had a terrible experience during my meeting there, as the senior leader interviewing me slept for the most part of our conversation not paying attention to my answers. While the whole part of our in-person meeting was to calibrate on the interaction and collaboration skills, if the interviewer is not attentive and sleeps, there is no way for the candidate to demonstrate these skills and a fair assessment can happen. To make it worse, the interviewer didn't even try to overcome the sleep via taking some coffee during the interview or at least acknowledge after the interview about what happened. The interview was concluded as if everything was normal. I received feedback after a week indicating they couldn't see good collaboration and interaction of me with the interviewer hence, they are choosing other candidate(s), completely ignoring the fact about what had happened during the in-person interview. If the company doesn't give importance for the candidate experience and creates an environment for fair assessment I wouldn't recommend it as a a good place to interview or work for. Hopefully, things change after seeing this feedback.
