I went through a consultancy. HR over there was treating me as if i was not called for an interview. Later on she asked me to give Aptitude Round which i cleared. After that she told me that we are looking for Javascript developer and it will be good if you have knowledge of C#. They took 2 technical rounds and kept my profile on hold. After 1 month they called me again saying that i will be 1 round of interview for some different project. Hoping the same i went there again ...Hr failed to recognize me as she doesn't want to lose any candidate so she asked me to give interview again ...which ended up with 2 technical rounds ...which i cleared again...in managerial round i told like i want to work on new technologies and challenges so he made sure i am not selected by asking out of scope questions. Overall people there are confused and not aware of there competitors . They are so proud like they start explaining what is product base company for a person who has already worked on a product
