The entire hiring process is v.slow , they took few weeks to schedule for an interview after deciding to do a personal interview on site. The entire interview process consists of just writing programs on the white board even for a Sr Sw Engr position. No questions regarding design or how a problem is approached or the process.

Got a phone call from the hiring manager a week later after my friend submitted my resume. The 1st round of interview was done 2 days later. Then 2nd round was a week later. Then 3 days later, they told me I'm not a good fit.

Contacted by their contract recruiter in Aug 08 who emailed me a technical questionaire and background release. The phone interview went well 2 weeks later. The on sight interviews followed 1 week later. The interviews were cold and I felt they were not serious in hiring anyone as their cash maybe tight. The final interviewer turned hostile when I refused to tell him my salary.
