The interview process included an initial screening to evaluate my technical skills and portfolio, followed by a technical interview where I showcased my design abilities through practical exercises, despite submitting my materials slightly late due to a tight schedule.

Interview process experienced was a one-day interview with the hiring department. The hiring manager would be interested in understanding the experience of the current interviewee in terms of electrical systems design and the standards he/she is familiar with. Familiarity with other standards outside the company's location might be preferred since the Arcadis caters to international projects as well. Majority of the questions are directed to showing what the interviewee understands about the current electrical systems, their design, assumptions, restrictions and acceptability.
