The interview process consisted of two main stages. The first step was a Zoom meeting with my immediate supervisor and a colleague, which gave me an overview of the role and allowed us to discuss my qualifications and experiences. The second interview was with the department lead, along with several other members from the operations team. This interview was more in-depth, with a focus on my ability to collaborate with different teams and handle specific responsibilities related to the position.

Entrevista
6 interviews over 2 weeks. Everyone I met with talked about how toxic the culture was and how they had only been with the company for 2-3 months. They communicated Ardens inability to retain or attract talent while also blasting every executive on the team.
-One of the executives I talked to mentioned PIP (Performance improvement plans) for employees 4x in 30 minutes. That summed up the toxic behavior here.
