After reviewing my qualifications of my resume and application, and doing references, there was a minimal phone interview with Ardor. Given my 12 years of qualified experience, the actual interview was also pretty basic.

Super easy interview. They just want to know if you’re mature and motivated. But then you need to have an interview with the school district. So this isn’t much of an interview.
