There didn't seem to be a solid process. It seemed to change based on who was interviewing and whoever else wanted to be apart of the process. I know because I interviewed here, as well as a friend. I spoke with the recruiter, and then had about 5 different cross-functional interviews (30 each). Then I met with the Head of HR. Then I was given an assessment to complete. After this entire process, I was told that I wasn't quite what they were looking for. I was a little disappointed because there wasn't a ton of feedback that would help me in future interviews, and I also feel like they probably sensed I wasn't a fit after the first round. It unfortunately was not a good candidate experience.
