Interviewed for the real estate equity team, process took 2 months 4 rounds plus AC, compentncy/behaviural. AC was asked to build an operating cash flow model in groups (they choose the groups)

quick 25 min first round threw a quick call about 5-6 questions half half behav and technical but technicals not too hard . generalyy fast pace n process is fluent

Very straightforward and relaxed. Most of the questions were behavioral and the interview was very free-flowing. A couple light technical questions sprinkled in, but nothing remotely difficult (like basic things about three financial statements).
