Very informal, taken into the office and asked a few questions, followed by a brief customer interaction. All in all took less than a hour, but was made to wait a long time to get results (as they'd only managed to interview two people in the first round and wanted to open it up to further candidates)

You had to do an online assessment with your application with some scenario questions and then questions that are personality tailored. Then offered a 1 to 1 interview supposed to last 30 minutes

Casual conversation talking about experiences, skills etc. What the role was about and responsibilities it carries. Asked my availability and flexibility. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer asking about key aspects of the role.
