interview - interviewed by 2 managers, both were very chill and kind, interview was around 30 mins
I was then asked to interact with customers and current employees which I was being observed for around 10 mins

The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability
