Very professional, straight forward questions such as why you want to work for the company and your experience in retail and what makes good customer service. Interview process lasted around an hour to an hour and a half.

The interview primarily focused on my professional experience. I was presented with several hypothetical scenarios and subsequently asked to outline my proposed solutions for each. There was also multiple interviews that day.

I had a short meeting with a local manager (30 min). Spoke about availability etc.
No questions were overly difficult. We spoke about my previous work experience and why I wanted the job.
