Thought it was relaxed and okay, friendly store manager was interviewer
1.Application form - basic application form collected from the store and handed back in to a member of staff with a smile
2.Call back for interview - called to join an interview, no specifics about type of interview
3.Group interview - arrived, dressed in business wear, to a group interview which included 3 activities. The first was more of an ice breaker, find a partner and learn about them then relay this back to the member of staff, the second was in a bigger group, building a tower from spaghetti and marshmallows to see which group worked best together to achieve the tallest tower and finally a number recognition test.
You had to do an online assessment with your application with some scenario questions and then questions that are personality tailored. Then offered a 1 to 1 interview supposed to last 30 minutes

Casual conversation talking about experiences, skills etc. What the role was about and responsibilities it carries. Asked my availability and flexibility. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer asking about key aspects of the role.
