Good. Very thorough and enjoyed it. Good questions on customer service and how to handle situations. Manual handling for warehouse staff and eye tests. Punctuality is important too. The interview went well and I couldn’t fault the manager.

Very straight forward interview process. Questions asked that explored both professional experience as well as future aspirations and my personality. Clear explanation of working pattern and job expectations. Clear understanding of rotation and how shifts work within the team.
