Interview as basic interview. I was required to spend a longer than normal amount of time filling out paperwork on their computer based system first. However, as I was interviewing for a basic flex time sales position, the questions were fairly basic. I had worked retail before so it was nothing I wasn't expecting.
Additionally, I then interviewed for two other positions within the AAFES system during my time there and was hired in both cases. Again, standard questions and answers. Nothing even as difficult as "what is your greatest weakness". Generally focused on my skills and abilities.

I came in about an hour early. All I was asked was what time I was available to work, what qualities do I have for the position, and how do I deal with difficult people.

Went into HR and was interviewed on the spot. Interviewer was very friendly, she allowed me to interview by giving me a paper with questions on it and having me take my time to write my responses.
