Poor process and disconnected interviewing team. There seemed to be tension between them. It seemed they had no formal process in place for recruitment and the leadership was creating barriers for recruiters to move quickly with candidates.

A phone screen describing the internship responsibilities and ensuring my interest in the position. Followed by an in person interview 5 days later in their location in Baltimore. Interviewed in a very nice office with 2 engineers and an architect. They were extremely welcoming and nice.
