I went through a lengthy interview process involving five rounds, including a business case, technical case, and an interview with a partner. While the process itself was challenging and engaging, the coordination left a lot to be desired. At the start, they were very eager to get my availability and move things forward quickly. However, after completing all the interviews, I was ghosted for two weeks—even after following up—only to eventually be told I didn’t get the position.
