Given 40 mins to finish two technical exercises before interview and explained the answers. Most questions were motivational focused and only two competency questions were asked, finally given a interesting brain-storm type question to work through. They tended to observe the behavior of candidates instead of asking direct questions. Waited two weeks to hear the result.
