4 parts. Briefing – this will give a chance to meet the Talent Acquisition Team as well as learning more about the Virtual Assessment Centre. ID Check – a member of the team will check your ID and documentation. Technical Exercise Preparation – you will be given instructions to prepare for a technical exercise. This will involve reviewing information and answering questions. You will be asked to verbally present your answers during the interview. Please note, the presentation will be verbal only and we do not require a PowerPoint presentation. Some activities on the day of your AC may require the use of a scientific calculator, pens/pencils and spare paper. We recommend having these ahead of your AC to ensure you come prepared and give yourself the best chance to provide your answers. Interview – you will take part in an interview, where the assessor will ask you competency related questions. You will also be asked to verbally present your answers for the technical exercise. Case Study – you will complete a case study exercise. This involves reviewing information and verbally presenting answers to the questions asked. Please note, the presentation will be verbal only and we do not require a PowerPoint presentation. Networking – at the end of the Virtual Assessment Centre, you will have the opportunity to meet with Graduates and/or Apprentices from the wider Arup team.
