Very easy. I met with the floor manager and she ask me several questions. Typical nursing questions. And then I ask her my questions about the job. It was very laid back. I work professional attire and she was in scrubs lol. I think now it is harder bc ascension bought St. John. It's a lot more corporate now. I don't like that about it. That's why I quit. I all the sudden was just a number instead of a valued employee.

super easy, good flow, not so tough questions. They were very supportive during the interview process. Just type up and reherse your lines of why choosing the field/department/specialty and your good traits.
The nurse manager who interviewed me was friendly and made the process less stressful. I was worried about the process, but it was not bad. She asked questions about my background and experience and explained the job to me.

The interview process was very prompt and everyone I talked to was amazing! They were easy to talk to and answered any questions I had. Very prompt and easy to get ahold of via email and calling.
